Burchmulla Resort, Tashkent

Goal: Creating a year-round mountain retreat at an altitude of meters above sea level.

The Burchmulla Project is a carefully designed retreat featuring 18 cozy chalets, a restaurant, relaxation and spa areas, and a 47-room hotel tailored for corporate clients and special events. Additionally, an active zone with cottages enhances the dynamic appeal of the site. This project stands as one of the most ambitious and significant developments for our firm.

The initial concepts

Respecting the natural surroundings was a key priority. We meticulously integrated the mountainous terrain, reservoir views, and existing trees into the design concept.

To maximize panoramic vistas, the chalets were arranged in a staggered layout, ensuring that every guest enjoys a direct view of the reservoir. The chalets feature natural wood and stone finishes, enhancing both comfort and sustainability.

The final design

Rather than traditional fencing between cottages, we opted for landscape design solutions to maintain privacy while preserving an open, harmonious environment.

Interesting Fact: Not a single tree was cut down during construction—every tree on-site was seamlessly incorporated into the project’s design.
